Email support@circuitkeep.com. Tell us which build you are on (Steam desktop or app.circuitkeep.com in the browser) and a short description of what happened — screenshots help a lot.
Report a bug
The most useful details for a bug report are:
- Platform and build (Steam Windows / macOS / Linux, or browser + OS for the web build).
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- The level or run you were on, if applicable.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if you can capture one.
Lost progress
Save data is stored locally on your device. On Steam, progress can also sync to Steam Cloud if you have Steam Cloud enabled for Circuit Keep. If progress disappears, check whether Steam Cloud is enabled and whether a recent sync conflict was reported by Steam. In the browser, clearing site data will wipe progress — this is by design and cannot be undone from our side.
Refunds
Refunds for the Steam build are handled directly by Valve under the Steam Refunds policy. We are not able to issue refunds outside of Steam.
